Mediate By Telephone, Inc. has experienced and knowledgeable mediators in real estate and business litigation at a fraction of the costs of using a retired Judge or Justice.
|  Mediate By Telephone, Inc. charges a one time fee of $1,000.00 which is shared by the parties to the dispute. Included in the one time fee are one hour of telephone-mediation time, review of papers submitted in advance of the scheduled mediation and should the dispute settle, the settling parties are offered a simple fill-in-the-blank settlement agreement. Additional mediation time is provided at an hourly rate of $350.00. | |
